I love writing. So I feel a little strange when, like just now, I can't make my mind about what to write. Therefore, I think I'll write about this: not knowing, not wanting, not being able to write at all.
I think that writing is a skill you have to be born with. Not everybody is born with writing skills, and with writing I do not mean picking up a pen and writing down what you are told to; rather, I talk about telling something. Saying something. However, I think that some people do not even think about feeling the urge to express themselves. They simply think that it's a stupid, useless, sad waste of time. Time which could be used for doin

Perhaps you've heard of Improvement-Club? They're filled with both people looking for critiques and also those willing to give critiques. ^-^
A word of caution, though: If there is no request for critique on the average piece of art, perhaps tone down the bluntness a little to avoid causing offence. It's also better to err on the 'sandwich' method of critiquing when it comes to more timid or younger artists - better to build their foundations slowly and with kindness rather than tear them down with too much analysis.
(tl;dr: Not every artist is a masochist or likes overly analytical critiques unless they've made so clear.)

Thank you, I subscribed. I have to say, though, that I always gave aimed critiques without being sadistic or harsh, just finding what didn't work.
You're from Italy, right? Do you by any chance watch Hetalia?
I read the manga and watched some episodes. I found it really funny, although a little naive. Italy is perfectly pictured, by the way

North and South Italy are somehow two differents countries. While North Italy is more organized, with better education and economy, the South part has more uneployement and other problems caused by the total negligence of our politicians regards the south (not only today, this question began in the early 1900) and other issues that are difficult to explain. The poverty and the inefficience of the law caused the birth of the Mafia (Cosa Nostra) and the Camorra, two big criminal organizations that almost suceeded to control the south part of Italy and reached America too. This is why Romano has a criminal gang around him. This is also why Romano hates Italy. However, it is actually north Italy that hates south Italy. Some people say they are "african", "criminals" and "lazy".
The matter is actually A LOT complicated. Hetalia does a good job simplifying it, although you'll need a lot more information and researches to truly understand it. It is true that we italians love spaghetti. It is true we were a burden for Germany in WWII (Russia bought a lot of time thanks to our army going in Greece instead of following the Germans...) and it is true we were generally naive. But we have our evil people too. And our ingenuity brought millions to death, unfortunately.
